BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Accepted forms of payment are: Online Booking & Payment, direct credit pre-payment, or a confirmed pre paid travel voucher from an authorized agent (Please check before paying anything to a 3rd party).
A Credit Card may be accepted to secure a postion on any of our tours with payment not due until the day of the activity however PLEASE understand that all cancellation terms and conditions below will apply, and by supplying us with your credit number you are authorising us to make those withdrawals should you cancel or fail to turn up without notice.
A non refundable 20% booking fee will be required on booking with total remaining amount payable required no less than 7 days prior to trip / activity departure. A 10% penalty charge, of the total invoice amount will be applied for every 14 days payment is overdue.
Cancellations for any reason made within 72 hours of the commencing activity, or failure to inform us of the cancellation will incur a fee equal to the full amount of the booking.
Cancellations made outside of 72hrs but not more than 7 days will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking amount.
All group bookings will be required to pay for numbers booked unless we are notified of any changes as per the time periods outlined in these conditions.
Although activities usually run rain or shine, Pure Kiwi Adventures (PKA) (or the contracted activity operators booked by us on your behalf) reserves the right to amend, delay or cancel the trip for Health & Safety reasons. In such situations, PKA will offer an alternative within budget activity. Should this option be declined by the booking entity/person/or agent, the non refundable deposit will still apply and be charged.
At times, PKA will act as a booking agent on your behalf. Any subcontracted element of your adventure activity or event will be clearly explained to you when booking, and PKA holds no warranties, responsibilities, guarantees, or liability whilst under their ‘duty of care’. This duty of care extends from introduction to farewells and includes all aspects of the activity being undertaken.
